Setup Out-Of-Office Auto-Replies

  1. Login to webmail.countrywalk.org
  2. Click on Settings in the sidebar on the left inbox screenshot
  3. Click on Out of Office out of office screenshot
  4. Fill out the form to specify how you want the replies to look like and behave:
    • Subject & Body: The actual email subject and body that will be sent
    • Start Time & End Time: The range of dates and times this reply should be active
    • Status: Set to On to activate the replies during the time frame
    • Leave the remaining fields as they are unless you know what you are doing
  5. Click Save to have the system activate the replies during your specified time frame
